Tim, a specialist in color grading as well as an obsessive seeker of new challenges, cultivated a passion for his craft while working with many storytellers during his thirteen years at DuArt. He has worked on several projects each with directors Michael Somoroff, Martina Radwan, Igor Martinovic, Milton Kam, Marc Benjamin, Jim Denault, Steve Kazmierski, Yaron Orbach, Tom Houton and Alex Buono. Additionally he supervises the Digital Imaging Department, offering services such as film recording, film scanning, titling and motion graphics.

David brings over 25 years of editing expertise to DuArt in the fields of on-lining, visual effects compositing and digital intermediates. A two time Emmy Award winner, he has contributed to projects by Mike Nichols, Michael Apted, Barbara Kopple, Lasse Hallst röm, M. Night Shyamalan, Martin Scorcese, Robert Redford, Ron Howard, Ted Demme, and D.A. Pennebaker. He edits on Avid DS Nitris, Nucoda Film Master and Final Cut Pro systems, among others. David enjoys bicycling, canoeing, hiking and skiing. He appreciates the outdoors greatly and is developing a moisture-proof Gore-Tex online editing system that will enable him to "work from home".

Vice President, Production & Sales
Ron recently joined DuArt as Vice President of Production and Sales. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the post production industry and will oversee sales for DuArt's picture, sound and production divisions. He seeks both to strengthen current client relationships and help the company move into new areas. Harris began his career as an editor, including a long stint as Senior Editor at National Video Center in New York. He continues to produce, direct and edit broadcast and corporate projects, and says his hands-on experience allows him to help his clients better plan for post. Harris most recently headed sales for Broadway Video in New York. His background also includes senior sales positions with National Video Center, Image Group Post and LA Digital Post — all in New York. His Web site can be seen at ronharrisproductions.com.

Randy comes to DuArt from Broadness LLC which specialized in DVD-Video and DVD-Audio media production, as well as encoding for VOD and Broadband applications. These titles have won major awards, including Grammys, Junos and DVD Excellence Awards. As director and officer of the DVD Association since 2000, he has supported the establishment and publishing of “Best Practices” and use the of “Best of breed” technologies. His current focus is on Blu-Ray production, BD-Live connectivity, IPTV technology, and Digital Media Asset Management and Delivery. He is a co-founder of the E-bow Quartet and owns the largest personal collection of Veillette-Citron guitars in the world.

Joe began his career with Duart in the early 80’s , moving up through shipping, service and producer to finally serve as VP for the past 10 years. He brings an encyclopedic knowledge of video and film technologies to his projects. He’s had the pleasure of working on many Emmy award winning and Oscar nominated documentaries, films and episodics over the years. In his spare time he enjoys his Yankees and Giants, and can barbecue up some mean ribs.

Bill has been a video colorist since 1984. He has done the final color correct for all of Ric Burns films, worked on many Barbara Koppel films including the Dixie Chicks, “Shut up and Sing”. He’s worked with a host of DPs including Tom Haughton and Buddy Squires, and he has done film transfers for "60 Minutes. He appreciates excellent food more than the other kind and can spot a real Maryland crab cake from the other side of the room. Check out some more of his credits on IMDB.

Born into a filmmaker’s family, Jane grew up on the movie lots of the beautiful (but now defunct) Odessa Film Studio and subsequently studied film and art history at the Moscow Film School. Working her way into the film editing world in New York, she transitioned into video editing, and later, into the telecine and DI mastering. Her tenure at DuArt Film And Video has rewarded her with a wealth of post-production experience and continuous and memorable collaborations. Some credits can be seen on IMDB.
