New York’s Metrograph Theater will pay homage to the “unsung” innovators of New York City’s independent film landscape in their repertory series The Process: A Tribute to Robert and Irwin Young. Running from August 12 through 21, the series highlights the directorial work of Robert M. Young as well as a slew of renowned titles that were processed at the now-defunct DuArt Film Laboratories, where his brother Irwin Young acted as owner and chairman until his death earlier this year at the age of 94.

COMMON STOCK AND NINE SHARES OF NON-VOTING COMMON STOCK HOLDERS OF COMMON STOCK IN LIEU OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON-VOTING STOCK DIVIDEND

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – New York, New York, August 8, 2022/ -- Du-Art Film
Laboratories, Inc. (DAFL) announced today that in lieu of the previously announced issuance to
holders of record of Duart’s common stock as of the close of business on December 29, 2021 of
nine shares of its Non-Voting Common Stock for each share of Voting Common Stock of Duart
held by such holders, that DuArt will instead by issuing one share of a newly issued voting
common stock and nine shares of newly issued non-voting common stock in exchange for each
share of common stock outstanding as of the close of business on August 9, 2022. The following
table sets forth the CUSIP number for the shares being exchanged and the new shares being
issued and the exchange rate.
